Return Policy

  • Goodvites does not provide pre-paid return labels.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable on all orders and will be deducted from eligible refunds.

30-day Money-back Guarantee

Goodvites products are eligible for a one-time full refund within 30 days of receiving the product, even if the product was used or opened.

To entitle for the money-back guarantee, you must return the bottle, even if it is empty. Valid only once per product, per household, for one 30-day supply.

Unopened Products

You may return unopened product(s) within seven (7) days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund. The product must be in its original unopened and unused condition. Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs

Free or Promotional Items

If you received free or promotional item(s) or purchased a discounted bundle, all item(s) must be returned to receive a refund. If you wish to keep the free or promotional item(s), the full retail value of that item will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you return the free item with more than 20% used, you will be responsible for the full retail value of the item(s), which will be deducted from the refund amount. These conditions apply to all orders.

Return to Sender

Orders that are returned to our warehouse by the shipping carrier due to an insufficient address, incorrect address or addresses that have been vacated will not be offered reshipment.

FAQs

Why shipping charges are non-refundable?

Shipping charges are paid directly to the carrier (DHL, J&T, etc.), therefore we are only able to refund the cost of the product returned.
